When you make in-app purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information. We receive only:

We use your information for the following purposes:
- Provide Services: Generate personalized astrology readings based on your birth information

Data Location: Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers maintain facilities.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
- Birth Information: Retained until you delete your account
- Purchase Records: Retained for 7 years for legal/tax purposes
- Usage Analytics: Anonymized after 90 days
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Access and Portability
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@dualstar.app to request your data.
6.2 Correction
You can update your birth information and preferences within the App's Profile settings.
6.3 Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings menu. Upon deletion:
- Your profile and birth data will be permanently deleted
- Your personalized readings will be deleted
- Purchase history may be retained for legal purposes

6.4 Marketing Communications
We do not send marketing emails. The only emails you receive are one-time passwords for authentication and critical service updates.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
