How do I cancel my subscription?

For iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find DualStar and tap it
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu (three lines) then "Subscriptions"
  3. Find DualStar and tap it
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed through the app store where you made your purchase:

Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

Google Play Store: Open Google Play, go to Order History, and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. For purchases older than 48 hours, contact us.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app:

  1. Open DualStar
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm deletion

This will permanently delete all your data including your birth information and reading history. This action cannot be undone.

Alternatively, email privacy@dualstar.app with your account email to request deletion.

My readings seem inaccurate. Why?

Accuracy of astrological readings depends on the accuracy of your birth information:

  • Birth Date: Ensure you entered the correct date
  • Birth Time: The more accurate your birth time, the more precise your chart. Check your birth certificate if possible.
  • Birth Location: Use the city/town where you were born, not where you currently live

You can update your birth information in the Profile tab.

Remember: Astrological readings are for entertainment and personal insight. They should not be taken as definitive predictions.

I purchased premium but features are still locked

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure you're logged in with the same account you used to purchase
  2. Go to Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases
  3. Wait a few moments for the app to verify your subscription
  4. Close and reopen the app

If the issue persists, contact support@dualstar.app with your purchase receipt.

What is Dual Synthesis?

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • We only collect information necessary to provide the service
  • We never sell your personal data to third parties
  • You can delete your data at any time
