Welcome to DualStar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DualStar mobile application ("App") operated by Onner Tech Company Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Entertainment Disclaimer

Astrology is a cultural and spiritual tradition with historical significance across many civilizations. DualStar provides insights based on astronomical calculations and astrological interpretations from both Western and Eastern (Vedic) traditions. These interpretations are subjective and should be treated as one perspective among many.

Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

2. Eligibility

To use DualStar, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• Your birth date, time (optional), and location for astrological calculations

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Inaccurate birth data will result in inaccurate readings. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect user-provided information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

DualStar offers both free and premium features:

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly)
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next subscription period

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to their respective terms of service:

• Google Play Terms of Service

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > DualStar > Cancel
• Android: Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > DualStar > Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time.

4.5 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the respective app stores:

• Apple: Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google: Request refunds through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase, or contact support

We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests must go through the app store where the purchase was made.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Collect information about other users without consent
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are owned by or licensed to Onner Tech Company Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute App content
• Use App content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Create derivative works based on the App

7. User Content

By providing information to the App (such as birth data), you grant us a license to use that information solely for the purpose of providing the App's services. We do not claim ownership of your personal information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be available at all times
• Astrological readings will be accurate or applicable to your situation
• Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the App's content

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onner Tech Company Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App's Settings menu.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App immediately ends
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification)

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification for significant changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
2. Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
